Ulta Beauty interview questions

The process was a series of 3 separate hour long phone calls that are the same questions asked by all 3 interviewers. It was a total generic waste of time. Also gave a clear salary range before starting the interview process which was out of their budget and not told that till the 3rd phone call then asking if you would take less. Wow.
