Ulta Beauty interview questions

The interview was really easy! Few questions were asked - they wanted to get a gist of my work ethic and that's about it. I had no work experience prior so I was nervous but it was easy!

Group interview with 5 other candidates and the store manager. It was successful at gauging everyone’s personality. If you were shy and timid, you didn’t speak up as often as the others. If you were friendly and outgoing, this was an excellent way for you to shine.
