3 sets of interviews! First one is your store general manager , another stores general manager. Then the district manager. All three interviews are on different sets of skills or parts of the business. Core job responsibilities, culture , and leadership are all different sets of questions they will ask you. Interview were conducted only over the phone. Focus was on behavioral questions and some technical experience. Two interviews, first with HR then with the hiring manager. Took three weeks to hear back from the recruiter, and only after I followed up via email.
