Ulta Beauty interview questions

I had a group interview with 3 other girls. Before the interview even started we had to go pick a product that we thought we could sell. Then we were taken to the back where we sat with the hiring manager and took turns answering question. Overall the interview didn't last too long and wasn't as intimidating as I thought it would be the hiring manager was super sweet.

typically you will have 1-2 interviews with the general manager (if two usually one is via phone) then you will interview with the district manager so 2-3 interviews total. My experience was quick, the GM was pretty open that I was who she wanted and did her best to get me in role asap.
