Ulta Beauty interview questions

It was a seemingly competitive and long-winded process. I am still unsure what they do, what the day to day position is, or how I would earn my commission. I was treated poorly after over a year of working for the company and needing to change locations. I was fired without cause and as a result, lost my health insurance.

My interview was during covid so it was over zoom/phone call. It was very quick and was hired on the spot. They asked basic interview questions about my experience, strength and weakness, and my availability. The whole interview was about 30min.
