Ulta Beauty interview questions

Easy laid back interview. Unfortunately I found out at the interview they wanted knowledge of SharePoint which I didn't have and wasn't in the job description or the phone interview.. Also they wanted me to write a newsletter which also wasn't in the job description or mentioned in the phone interview. Great growing company but stressful to work for I believe.

1st interview was short and casual. The GM didn't know much about salon operations so the questions were pretty basic. I was called back right away for a technical interview and right after that I had a final interview with the GM. That day they called to offer me the position.
