Ulta Beauty interview questions

Got a call to schedule an interview for two days later, got to the store and looked around while waiting for them to call me back. It turned out to be a group interview of me and three other people. Three people interviewed us and said they wanted it to be really laid back and easy and see how we interacted with each other. They came up with questions off the tops of their heads and we took turns answering them (sometimes we were all asked the same question and other times they gave us different questions.) There were a lot of situational questions. Afterwards they told us they were going to talk and call us the next day. An hour later I got a call, turned out they hired all of us.

Interview was short and sweet. The manager that interviewed me just printed off a basic interview question page from the internet. Wanted to know about previous experience and how it could be used to help in the position applied for. Overall interview took maybe 20 minutes including a tour of the store/salon. Immediate offer. Very friendly staff throughout all parts of the store including the salon staff.
