Ulta Beauty interview questions

The Interviewer was brief, curt and unresponsive. She didn't respond to my email confirming the time then called me for the interview 20 minutes late. After 1 phone interview I decided I didn't want to pursue this company any longer.

They asked behavior type questions (i.e. Tell me about a time when). The team also dug into my background and experience and ability to handle change because they are growing so quickly and are constantly looking at the priorities.
