Ulta Beauty interview questions

Two verbal interviews and one technical interview. Was interviewed by two different people and after I was hired I wasn't trained as much as I hoped to be. It was a pretty quick process and they hired me as soon as the whole process was over but training was all on videos and I didn't have anyone to ask questions to.

Apply online and answer personality and ethical questions, Speak with recruiter for screening purposes. Very canned quesions and responses. Interview with DM and wait and wait for response. Recruiter calls to offer the job.
