Ulta Beauty interview questions

Mostly situational questions and how you would react in the situations. Asked for a brief overview of previous work experience. Very short interview and not many specific questions about actual ability or previous work experience. My interviewer, who was the store manager didn't seem to be very bright and said a few things that made me feel as though se was not a stong manager.

I had a one on one interview with the salon manager and then the assistant salon manager. They didn't seemed to be distracted and disinterested. Overall, it wasn't that pleasant of an experience.
