Had one over the phone interview as well as an in person interview with the same manager. It was straight and to the point type of interview. Since the store was just opening they needed to fill as many spots as possible

I had two interviews one with ULTA and one with benefit. I interviewed with ULTA first. After I passed that they scheduled a practical to show my skills and sanitation. Sanitation is key to getting the job along with great personality. After I passed my practical I interviewed with Benefit.
