Ulta Beauty interview questions

I was asked about my knowledge as an Ulta customer and about the brand. I was asked about my previous experiences. I enjoyed speaking with the interviewer as she was very nice.

The interview process had 3-steps with different managers. The store GM, a different store GM and the Area Manager. All of the questions had to do with getting to know you and asking about your experience. They also wanted to know what plans you had to improve the current operations process.
