Very pleasant and straight to the point interview. Luckily the interviewer (the store manager) is a very friendly and casual person, and made me feel comfortable and that my time was spent valuably! Unlike other interviews I've been to where they make you feel like you are just wasting their time and don't give you a fair interview.

Met with assistant manager and general manager at the same time. Both were friendly and the interview was straightforward. They met for a few minutes after the interview privately before offering me the job on same day. They asked a lot about situations you've handled previously in management experience.
