Ulta Beauty interview questions

It was a 20 minute demo, and a 30 minute interview section of questions about my experience. They asked a lot about core values within Ulta Beauty company. I was interviewed by MAC. I was also interviewed by Ulta Managers.

The interview process was super quick and easy. I would say they asked the standard interview questions and it lasted around thirty minutes. While makeup isn’t required I would make sure that if you decide to wear makeup that it’s done to your best ability. If you decide against wearing makeup just make sure you are well groomed.
