I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty (Cleveland, OH) in Feb 2013
Interview
Out of all the interviews i have had this one was very laid back. I was asked general questions like "Give me an example of a time where you had an un happy customer and how did you deal with it".
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If we called your last employer what would they say about you? ( this question was hard because I never know what to say)
Preliminary interview with a manager, secondary with GM. The preliminary one was more in-depth than the second one, which was more of a check-up. Both were one-on-one.
