Ulta Beauty interview questions

I received a call from the hiring manager; she asked me a few questions over the phone before setting up a first interview. First interview was very straightforward with situational questions. About a week later I received a call for a second interview. After that interview was such a success, I was surprised when I didnt hear back from them within the timeframe they had given me. I called and spoke to the hiring manager just to see if the position was still avaliable. She assured me that the decision had still not been made and if I was chosen, I would be phoned within the next few days. Thankfully, I was offered a job a few days later.

It was easy. Nothing out of the ordinary.
