Ulta Beauty interview questions

The interview was easy, I posted my application and the next day, I was called and a appointment had been set up. They just asked me to tell them about myself and proceeded with explaining the policies.

I was called for the interview, came in in company dress code which I had looked up before (Solid black bottoms, solid black shoes, solid black or white top, 3 pieces). They commented on my appearance (appearance is VERY important). I was offered the job in the interview process. I waited a week and a half and never heard anything back, but when I called them my starting date was set.
