Ulta Beauty interview questions

The interviewer was nice and welcoming. She asked about work history and how that was relevant to the job description. there was only 1 interviewer, the interview lasted about 10-15 minutes and I was offered the job at the end of the interview.

Pretty terrible. They string you along and then just go with an internal because it’s cheaper. They just post jobs externally for compliance, but they’re another company that will low ball an internal with less experience.
