They don’t explain job requirements very clearly. The position is basically pointless, they have about 4 other managers and for this specific position you do nothing but walk around, very boring, you’re basically a key holder.
Easy and straight to the point. They are interested in getting to know you professionally and on a personal level. I had 3 interviews total with the second one being the most intense.
