Ulta Beauty interview questions

Group interview where they asked about customer service experience and makeup knowledge. Asked how you would handle an upset customer and what your favorite product is. Simple and straight forward but I don’t like group interviews.

it was quick and easy. got hired immediately. For the most part it was like any other retail job interview. I interviewed with the store manager, got a summary of the day to day, and was tested a bit on my retail knowledge and product knowledge.
