You either start out in a group and go to individual, or just have an individual interview. It was very casual and it is lead by a manager or two managers.

This location does group interviews and seemed to hire lots of applicants on the spot. This resulted in too many employees, and a very short amount of weekly hours. The interview process is very easy if you're knowledgeable in the beauty industry
