Ulta Beauty interview questions

I was promoted to Prestige beauty advisor about 4 months into working at ulta. They ask you questions about your experience in cosmetology, experience with customers, and why you want the position.

It's long process but ends well. Have to interview with 3 people, GM, on other store's GM and then DM. Need to prepare well before the interview. They focus on your attitude and your work experience. Also, they would like to hear the reason why you want to apply for the position.
