Had a first interview with the recruiting team. The person didn’t let me talk, it was basically them talking, super rushed. Not a good experience. Cherry on top was the ghosting. Never received a feedback despite following up. I don’t have a problem with a “no”, I have a problem with disrespect. Recruiting, HR should be examples of how to treat people. They clearly don’t at Unilever
