1. apply through Workday on the company website 2. complete several fun games that assess EQ, critical thinking, and people skills (a game where you have to pick the emotion the person is feeling based on a short clip, a simple math-based game, and a game where I had to pick the picture that best represented me. 3. A video interview through HireVue where there's a few short questions about your experiences "describe a time when you had a challenge to overcome.." and then a long case study question (you're given 10 minutes to read and prepare, and then a few minutes to record your answer, you are given one retry for each question). I now have a "let's connect to understand U" next to my application instead of "considered, not chosen" I will update this when I hear back about the next steps. Overall, I really enjoyed this interview style.

Very well organized, friendly and welcoming recruiters, good atmosphere, matched with candidates from the same university/society - an excellent opportunity overall, met great people and felt like my personality/interests mattered more to them than a simple CV Company came across as open-minded, with recruiters saying it was the best working environment they have ever experienced. Really projected a good image of employees and of the company.
