I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever in Mar 2022
Interview
1 cognitive and 1 personality assessment. If you pass both, you go on to the interview portion. It's very nerve-wracking because the questions are incredibly detailed and you really already have to possess basic to proficient knowledge on how corporations work, how to solve problems through their lens, etc.
Given 2 mins (?) to prepare and then you record yourself answering the question. Case study is also highly detailed and it's difficult to cover ground on the spot.

Interview
Standard application, followed by a game-based aptitude test, then a video interview. Video interview tested candidates aptitude for role against the Unilever values. It was an automated process, so answers were recorded, no direct contact with interviewer.
