I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (Boksburg) in May 2019
Interview
Telephonic Interview, then online assessments. The telephonic interview was few behavioral questions e.g How do you work in a team? It was easy to answer by just being yourself. Prepare your answers beforehand, but don't sound robotic. I was still a student and it was for an internship program of 3 months.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Unilever in May 2023
Interview
Bad, They asked me questions for a long time and still rejected me. in fact they did not give any offer in our campus so it was not a good experience for me at all.
Round 1 consisted of a few short marketing case questions and one longer case with 10 minutes prep and 5 minutes to answer. This last part felt a bit rushed.

Question 1
There was a difficult question about what you would do if you had a product that wasn't animal tested (and Unilever is committed to no animal testing) but that meant the highest level of warning (a corrosive label) had to be slapped on. That was tricky.
