it has first online screening process and then you are invited in a full day interview process as a groupe you are working on cases and doing interview individually. and in the end of the day they are offering the job for the winner. it is pretty competitive and good way of hiring process.
Zuerst bekommt man nach Ausfüllen der Online-Bewerbung eine Einladung zum digitalen Assessment - hierfür hat man 5 Tage Zeit, um es abzuschließen. Bei erfolgreicher Prüfung bekommt man eine Einladung zum digitalen Interview (ohne Person, nur mit Kamera).

Discovery Centre day - a group assignment which lets you work together and then you do a presentation, and an individual assignment related to your program.

Interview
Consists on 3 steps. First some online tests, then a digital interview and to finalize, a day with a mentor regarding what you might be doing in the future. I believe there is not much time to answer properly as one might get nervous.
