Individual Interview, Individual Situational Challenge, Group Challenge and Individual reflection. All the individual interveiw and challenges are good and very straightfroward and doable. group challnge is more difficult and unfair because it was online, so its difficult to communicate. They give a reflection and feedback but it wasn't very good and usefull.

Interview
They asked a lot of 'what would you do' questions in the video interview, which was frustrating because they were not specific to the sustainability placement, and I felt they disadvantaged me as a geography student who has never studied business.
