Applied for FINANCE MANAGEMENT GRADUATE role.
I did an online application, then 3 different assessment tests, afterwards was invited for a video interview (3 HYPOTHETICAL QUESTIONS & 1 BUSINESS CASE STUDY QUESTION). Currently, waiting for the outcome and hoping to get to the stage 4 which is assessment centre.

2 You just got a new important project from your manager, however one of your colleague is away.
• How would you approach organising this project?
• What is the most important priority here?
• How else would you ensure you and your team member perform well in this task?
Paulo just got promoted as a Marketing manager, however you disagree with one of his policy.
• How would you go about winning Paulo’s respect and trust?
• How would you share your concerns with Paulo?
• How would ensure Paulo takes your concerns seriously?
• How would you go about building an ongoing relationship?
I just did step one but there are four steps. On step one there was a video interview, iq test and behavioural questions. The next step was an assessment center.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (Sheffield, Inglaterra) in Oct 2017
Interview
Online Interview. Candidates were asked to explain their responses to a series of scenarios and then to perform a data based question, where one had to assess a set of data, and pitch a solution to a problem.
