Rather unfriendly atmosphere. Lady from Procurement that interviewed me was late, had regular IT issues during the call and acted very stressed. Unilever generally claims to target diversity wherever possible, but she seamingly had issues to even read a CV of someone not having that same corporate background. Explaining what I did over the course of years did not help, she basically kept asking why I did not have a new position every 2 years.
