The interview lasted a maximum of 30 minutes, and two members of the Finance team along with an HR representative were present. They were very approachable and created a welcoming atmosphere, which helped me feel completely at ease. I didn't experience any nervousness at all. They had thoroughly reviewed my resume and were genuinely knowledgeable about my experience, something that many companies overlook. Their focus was more on assessing my personality, evaluating how well I would fit within the team, and understanding how I had applied my analytical skills in my previous work experiences.
