The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2022
Interview
Had great interviews and liked the environment. Not a hard interview but I had to a test that is like an IQ test. My internet connection was stalling an I couldn't flip to the next question. They give you 20-30 mins to complete but the connection wasn't great. I didn't even get through to the 2nd question. I was not allowed to redo the test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever (Cidade de Ho Chi Minh)
Interview
It was a positive and professional experience with a lot of assistant from the HR team. There are 4 rounds: CV screening, phone call with HR, face to face interview with line manager, face to face interview with higher-level management (supposed). However, the third round will already require you to solve a case study, so it will be quite time consuming if it turns out that your expectation and the team don’t match.
Friendly team, very communicative throughout process. Great experience. Basic interview questions - behavioural, discussing past experiences, genuinely wanting to know you as a person. Appreciate the process not going past 3 interviews as some other CPG companies see upwards of 5 interviews.
I attended a campus placement process for Internship. It entailed filling out a questionnaire, after which I received a shortlist. Then there was an Interview round.
At the end of the Internship, I attended a Pre-placement Interview for a permanent role.
