I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Unilever in Sep 2015
Interview
Talked with a couple college-aged recruiters at a career fair on campus. They were very friendly people and helpful with explaining different opportunities available. Was called an hour later to interview later that day. Interviewed with two people and was asked multiple behavioral questions, mostly based off of your resume. Overall was a good experience.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Unilever (Knoxville, TN) in Mar 2015
Interview
Largely behavioral questions, more conversational in tone. They greatly value leadership qualities, so a lot of the questions asked how I responded as a leader to multiple scenarios such as: "How did you react when things did not go your way?" or "Tell me a time about when you had to think on your feet."
