Unilever Management Trainee interview questions

The process of interview splitted into 3 section. Manager interview, Leaderless Group Discussion, Director Interview. In the interview process, we will mostly use english for communication, whether when it's a group discussion or an interview section.

After you submit your resume, there are 4 rounds of interviews. But processes might differ post-Covid. 1. Online assessment & digital interview: online assessment is the common personality & logic test, while the digital interview is where you record your answers to the questions. 2. Manager interview: behavioral & hypothetical questions 3. Discovery center (TW director): case study and presentation 4. Coaching session (TW director): final round interview on your experiences & fit questions
