It was extremely intense. Besides for the usual rounds of interviews, recruiter, team member, manager just to start. They made you get a CMX certificate. That took about 15 hours of studying plus the actual test was about 2 hours. Then wanted me to do a very thorough demo on their system, which I felt unnecessary for a non technical role. At the end, they ended up going through layoffs and didn't even finish the process. It was a large waste of time.
