I interviewed at Vale (New York, NY)

      Interview

As a fresh graduate, I applied through the company’s career page. The process started with an online application, followed by a short screening call. I was then invited to a virtual interview with the HR representative, where we discussed my academic background, internship experience, and interest in the role. The interview was friendly and focused on my soft skills, willingness to learn, and cultural fit. Although I didn’t have prior work experience, they appreciated my university projects and how I presented them. Overall, it was a smooth and respectful process that gave me insight into what employers look for in entry-level candidates.
