Vale Process Engineer interview questions

The interview was over the phone due to COVID with port colborne refinery. The HR interviewer and manager asked 8 questions in total. (5 behavioural and 3 technical). Overall the interview was process took an hour.

interview directly by future supervisor it was not held on Vale grounds it was informal setting questions were based on personality rather then engineering knowledge Interviewee described the benefits and pant processes 1 week later i accepted the offer 2 week later i reported to the plant site to meet with the supervisor whom hired me ti find out he quit and found a better opportunity
