Fairly casual interview with HR . Managed expectations well in terms of role and compensation . Offered general advice based on market and industry trends. Shared that compensation packages and experiences were not flexible and that seniority was based on the number of years of experience more than anything else.

Interview

Went through 3 rounds; recruiter was barely responsive from the beginning. I enjoyed the conversations with the interviewers, however, I was disappointed that they did not even take the time to send an intentional response. Automated messages after 3 rounds is just an insult

Smooth interview process, nice people and feels like the culture will be a nice working environment with supportive managers/colleagues. HR was also very supportive throughout the whole process. The interviewers are frank and honest about their expectations so that was great.
