Visa Inc. Systems Administrative/Analyst interview questions

phone interview after a week or two of application. I was told I was in "short list" for next phase and after two weeks I emailed & was then told in email reply I would get a response by the next week, This never happened. I followed up twice, The hiring process only followed up once.
