Interview
No value for candidates time, the questions are nothing great/just a copy paste from standard websites.
I interviewed at visa, I executed each and every program with complete test coverage and time and space complexities.
Everyone was very happy with the interviews, the only catch was they wanted me to start as early as next week after the interview which is outrageous and impossible for me at that time(before the interviews I made sure the start date was at least 4-6 weeks from interview and the recruiter agreed to it.)
After the interview they asked if I can start soon and I gave my answer. That was the last call with them.
It has been one month after the interviews now and after two follow ups they sent an e-mail saying they enjoyed talking to me.
Needless to say I would never interview with this company again.

Interview
I applied through an online opportunity for a Senior Software Developer and I got a contact email from a recruiter. The first step was a HackerRank test with about 23 questions about Java concepts, Multithreads, Coding, Design Patterns, etc. Then, a week later I did a phone interview with a basic exercise, explaining how to solve a situation using Command Pattern. I'm still waiting for feedback about the interview process. I did send emails to the recruiter and I did not get any answer.

Interview
online hacker rank test with 4 question one sql query and 3 coding challenges based on algorithms. Followed by 4 set of interview. First Interview was based on dynamic programming and data structures problem solving. second based on database query with algo ds problem solving. 3rd was with manager of the team on system design and based on resume majorly focused on cultural fit. Last round happens after a week over a Skype with senior director.
