I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Bengaluru) in Sep 2019
Interview
Resume screening and then face-to-face at their office. Started off with "Why do you want to work for VISA company" kind of questions and then moved on to some data structures and algorithm questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (San Ramon, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
1 hour phone screen with hiring manager and on site for 4 hrs. 2 Coding rounds , 1 system design and 1 architecture rounds. Some scenario based question.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Bengaluru) in May 2018
Interview
Three rounds . One telephonic and two face to face. Recruiters are the most pathetic people. Interviews were delayed from scheduled time by 1.5 hours. Was forced to come on a weekday for 3 hours and was made to stay for 5 hours. Interviewers seemed to be uninterested and just taking interview for the sake of it. Sincere suggestion is don't waste your valuable time by attending interview with Visa. They don't have even basic courtesy to inform the candidate about unavailability of interviewer . They don't care to provide feedback by email or phone even after a candidate spends 4+ hours interviewing.
