Visa Inc. Senior Data Engineer interview questions

Interview process has for rounds, First Round: HackerRank test. Questions on simple problem solving. Second Round: Technical interview. Questions on Spark, problem solving etc. Third Round: Similar to second round. Fourth Round: Technical + Managerial interview.

6 rounds in total. They judged me on DS/ALGO, backend, frontend, microservice architecture knowledge, what I do in my current organisation, machine learning(As it was mentioned in my resume so they took a separate round for this). Really bad experience in all aspects. Their HRs are very bad. I always had to call them and push them to schedule rounds early. They will never call you back. It took me around 1.5 months in total to interview. In the end they told me as you haven't worked on spark related stuff we can't hire you. This is something that could had been a part of shortlisting criteria. After clearing 6 rounds this is what I heard from them, that too when I called them to update the status. My suggestion: Please go for visa only if you lack options.
