Interview

HR screening where general questions asked of my experience vs the job description. This was then followed by hiring manager 30 minute phone screen and their questions were more on my experience and personality fit. Then I had 3 more phone screen with . All by phone and hiring manager F2F since most executives are in San Fran.

This is fixed full time employement. the interview was coordinated via my agent who said there will be only one person interviewing me. Turns out there are three people interviewing me via Skype.

Visa is big on PM concepts and SCM. So be prepared to answer questions on bot agile and waterfall. The interview process is smooth and streamlined.
