Visa Inc. Software Engineer interview questions

Terrible experience. Passed OA, spoke to HR, and was scheduled to meet the hiring manager for first round. The hiring manager didn't show up. We rescheduled, and didn't show up the 2nd time. We rescheduled, and didn't show up the 3rd time. 3 times was really the limit for me, as it was a waste of my time and i felt very disrespected. Ultimately, the involved teams lacked internal communication and professionalism. I did not carry on with this role, so the recruiter helped pushed me to another role. After interviewing with this other role, i was told the role is currently "on hold due to a change in business needs". Too many back and forth with different recruiters, hiring process and needs seems messy overall.

I was asked to complete a 90-minute HackerRank assessment, which I finished as requested. After waiting four weeks and following up multiple times about next steps, I received no response from the recruiter at Visa. The lack of communication felt discourteous and unprofessional, and it left me with a negative impression of the overall candidate experience.
