I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Singapura) in Dec 2018
Interview
There was a HackerRank which was manageable. This was followed by a Technical Phone call interview before an Onsite interview at their office.
HR (Talent Acquisition) was very helpful as they provided tips and scope of the position I was offered.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Visa Inc. in Nov 2016
Interview
I pulled out of the interview process after being told I was being extended an offer but before receiving an official offer. I interviewed on campus at my university with Visa and had 2 45 minute interviews, each with teams of 2 people. The first team was about 20 minutes late, and they seemed very unprepared to interview me. They were very clearly trying to come up with coding problems on the spot, and one of the interviewers seemed to have no idea what I was saying throughout the interview. Additionally, I was asked a very unrelated puzzle type question that I've shared below. The second team of interviewers was no better. One of them was on time to that interview, and he seemed to have come prepared with a few coding problems, but the other interviewer was late, and after the second interviewer showed up, he began asking me the same questions about my resume that the first interviewer asked. After the interviews, I was given a Hackerrank challenge to complete, which was pretty simple, and then I was told I would have a final phone screen. Before it was scheduled, however, I received another offer, and I informed my recruiter, who said I would receive a hiring decision by the end of the week. I didn't receive a decision by the end of the week. The next week, I got an email saying I would be given an offer and to expect details by the end of that day or the next day and asking me to confirm that I would not need work sponsorship. I responded, and then I was asked for my GPA, I responded, then I was asked for my major specific GPA, I responded, and then I was asked for my transcript. At this point, I decided to take the other offer, and I informed the recruiter that I would no longer be pursuing the role.
