Interview
I applied through the jobs portal on Visa. Got the Hackerrank test, which was quite easy. After that got the call for the on-site interviews, they scheduled 3 rounds back to back on the same day. 2 more candidates were present for the same position. The interview was from 10:00-1:30.
1. The HR took the other candidates to their respective interviewers but my interviewer didn't show up, he, arrived 45 min late and didn't had his laptop charger.So, he asked questions on paper, whereas he made other candidates to code. Also, he didn't looked interested in taking the interview(maybe wanted to get the charger), just asked few questions, he even the left the room in between. The interview was supposed to be of 1 hour, since, he arrived too late, he had to reduce the time.
2. The second technical interview was quite good. Asked some algorithm questions, system design and object oriented class design questions.
3. In the manager round they asked very basic puzzles and behavioral questions.
The overall interview experience was average, the first interviewer was the most irresponsible person I have ever met in my professional life, who doesn't even care about others future.

The interview consists of 1 telephonic round and 2 F2F technical rounds.The question were all on algorithms. Although the work was on spring and hibernate and was all support work with minor enhancements. What i did not like was the interviewers were very badly behaving and when i was struck with any answer they started to laugh. This was very unprofessional of them.
Although i got the offer but i rejected the offer.The Company should first respect people and then ask them to come for interview.
