Apply online, the recruiters are very nice, and they would answer any questions you may have until interview. The questions basically test your stress level to see how you makeup your answer for anything that you don't know. I bet answering with confidence would at least get you forward in process.

Interview
Interviewed on the university campus. The first interview was on campus from the school. Afterward, got an email requesting a phone interview with two engineers from another data center. Phone interview was more behavioral and asked about experience and skills. Got an offer from recruiting office a week later.
