The assistant manager interviewed me face to face. I correctly answered all his questions based on my employment experience. I was hired after I passed the alcohol/drug tests and background check.

The entire interview process at Walmart in Southington, CT was extremely easy and stress-free. They had accepted my application almost immediately, it is a very simple process to get hired.
The interview process was easy asked if I was in school and was this my first job. he talked about the salary and the benefits and what the job entails
The interview process was very quick and easy! Someone with a customer service background will do well here. Once done you need to authorize your background check and take a drug test - all standard stuff.
