Wiley Learning Designer interview questions

Was a three-round process excluding the preliminary HR call. First round was with the Manager and his Manager to understand my experience and background. The second round was a skill-based task completion activity post which I had to explain my process to one of the Senior Designers of the team and the manager, the last round was expectation setting with the manager.
