It was Good, kinda nervous but it was good. It was indeed a learning experience. The interviewer was a bit intimidating that’s why I blacked out my mind. There’s a lot of questions also and I got pressured.

What is the difference between good and excellent customer service.
It is very easy to crack . They just focus on your communication skills, accent and vocabulary. My experience was very good they asked very simple questions like tell me about yourself, what are your hobbies, how was your last weekend,

They asked me about my hobbies. Mine was cooking so they questioned what kind of cuisine you make and what’s your favourite dish to make

Interview
My first round was a JAM session, where I spoke about Hyderabad, the topic given by the interviewer. The second round was conducted on the same day. Since I was a fresher, it was a basic personal interview. Within 12 days, I received an exam email that included English sections.

They ask education details, why don’t you go for higher studies, any-projects u did, transportation facility, okay for night shifts and hobbies
Two rounds of online interview both taken online. One interview was complete resume based and the other one was to check my english communication skills. Interviewers were not grilling or trying to take any kind of stress interview.
